Yes, always. We arrange a free home visit to meet you and your pet before beginning any service. This allows us to understand your pet's needs, collect key details and sign the necessary service agreement and veterinary release forms.

Yes, we are fully insured by Pet Business Insurance. All team members are also DBS-checked and reference-verified. You can have complete peace of mind that your pet and home are in safe, professional hands.

We walk a maximum of 4 dogs at a time. Dogs are grouped by temperament, age and fitness – not by location – to ensure the best experience for every dog. One-to-one walks are also available for dogs who prefer solo time.

Absolutely! Our pet sitting service covers cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, fish, tortoises, snakes and more. All creatures great and small receive the same first-class care.

We serve approximately a 3-mile radius of Chislehurst, including Bromley, Sidcup, Petts Wood, Bickley and surrounding areas of South East London and North West Kent. If you're not sure whether we cover your area, just get in touch and we'll let you know.

We send photos and updates via your preferred communication method – phone, messaging or email – during every walk and visit. We will always call you immediately if we notice anything concerning about your pet's health or behaviour.
